Orders take 24-48 hours to process after the order is placed. Notifications and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as the package is shipped. Also, some addresses are not accepted by the USPS database. Please be aware that you are responsible for providing an address that our shipping carriers can deliver to. If the Item is returned as "undeliverable" you are responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package to a different "deliverable" address.
We ship from Colorado USA, most of the orders within Colorado will arrive the day after the order is shipped if UPS Ground is selected as the shipping method. Please note that all transit times are in business days (Monday-Friday) with USPS the only carrier that delivers to residentail addresses on saturday.
(Please Note: All UPS deliveries occur by 10:30 A.M., 12:00 P.M., or by the end of the day depending on the destination. Our shop is closed on weekends and holidays, orders placed on Thursday or Friday may not arrive until Tuesday of the following week. If you would like Saturday delivery, please contact customer service)
DUTY & VAT TAXES (CUSTOMS FEES) – These fees are not included in the shipping price of your order. These fees are calculated at the destination and must be paid upon delivery. Depending on your country, different fees will apply to certain items.
